What to expect

What your free clarity consultation actually looks like.

This is a real conversation, not a structured intake process, a diagnostic assessment, or a pitch. Vanusa listens first. She observes what is being said and what lies beneath it. She asks questions that open things up rather than close them down.

You do not need to arrive with a clear problem. Many of the women who book this free clarity consultation cannot yet name what is wrong, only that something is. That is enough. The conversation itself begins to do the work.

By the end of the 20 minutes, you will have a clearer sense of what is actually happening for you and whether working with Vanusa is the right next step. If it is not, she will say that honestly.

What this consultation is not

How the 20 minutes unfolds

Minutes 0 – 5
Settling in

Vanusa opens with a brief note on how she works and what the conversation is for. Just share what comes.

Minutes 5 – 15
The real conversation

This is the heart of the call. Vanusa listens — to what you say and to what sits beneath it. She may ask questions that help you hear yourself more clearly. She will not rush you toward conclusions.

Minutes 15 – 18
Clarity and reflection

Vanusa shares what she has observed, what patterns she notices, what she thinks may be sitting underneath the surface. Offered as insight, not diagnosis. You can take it or leave it.

Minutes 18 – 20
Next steps — if any

If a programme is a natural fit, Vanusa will say so and explain why. If it is not, she will say that too. You leave with something clearer than when you arrived, not with a proposal.

Is this for you?

You do not need to have it figured out to book.

The women who benefit most from this free clarity consultation are often the ones who cannot quite articulate what is wrong, only that something is. You do not need to be in crisis. You do not need to bring a specific problem. You only need to recognise that something in you is asking to be heard. If any of the signals below feel familiar, this conversation is for you.

01

"I keep functioning. But I do not know how much longer I can keep this up."

02

"I am making decisions, but they do not feel aligned the way they used to."

03

"Something feels off. I cannot name it. But it is there, every single day."

04

"I am good at my job. But somewhere along the way, I stopped knowing what I actually want from it."

05

"I have spent years making myself useful to everyone around me. I am not sure I have ever made space for myself."

If you recognised yourself in any of these even partially, that recognition is the signal. A free clarity consultation for women who feel this way is exactly what this conversation is for. You do not need to be at breaking point to deserve support. You only need 20 minutes and a willingness to listen to yourself.

Questions

Before you book; things people often ask.

If something is still unclear after reading this page, the contact page has a general enquiry form, or you can simply book and ask Vanusa directly. She prefers conversations to forms.

There is no catch. The consultation is genuinely complimentary, no payment is taken, no card details are requested, and no invoice follows. Vanusa offers it because she believes the right support begins with understanding, and understanding takes a real conversation, not a form. If a programme is a good fit, she will say so. If it is not, she will say that too. You will never be pushed toward a decision you are not ready for.
Not at all. The consultation is open to any woman working in a corporate or professional environment who feels that something internally needs attention. Vanusa works with senior leaders and with women at all levels of professional life the experience of carrying too much, feeling misaligned, or quietly exhausted does not have a job title requirement.
No. Many of the women who book this call are not in crisis they are simply functioning at a level that feels increasingly unsustainable, or they sense that something internally is misaligned even if everything looks fine from the outside. You do not need to be at breaking point to deserve clarity. The only requirement is a willingness to be honest with yourself for 20 minutes.
Nothing. The consultation ends, and that is that. There is no follow-up pressure, no chase emails, and no obligation of any kind. The conversation itself will have been worthwhile, and Vanusa is comfortable with that being enough.
You will receive an email immediately confirming your appointment with Vanusa, including the time you picked and a video call link to join.
Yes, completely. Everything discussed in the consultation is held in strict confidence. Nothing you share will be referenced publicly, shared with a third party, or used in any way without your explicit consent. Vanusa operates under the same confidentiality principles that govern her clinical and coaching practice. If clinical or therapeutic support is needed at any point, she will help point you to the right resource. The BACP therapist directory is a trusted starting point for anyone in the UK.
Yes, the consultation is open to anyone exploring work with Vanusa, including organisational enquiries. If you already have a clear brief and want to discuss formats, topics, and fees directly, the Speaking & Workshops page has a dedicated enquiry form that may be a more efficient starting point.

Your free clarity consultation begins with one honest conversation.

You do not need to have the answers. You do not need to know exactly what is wrong. You only need 20 minutes and a willingness to hear what is already there.
